Fire Inside: A Chaos Novel
By Kristen Ashley
Goodreads | Amazon | Barnes & Noble
Rating: Whole Bottle of Wine
"Lanie Heron isn't looking for love-no surprise, considering her last serious relationship nearly got her killed. So when Lanie propositions Hop Kincaid, all she wants is one wild night with the hot-as-hell biker who patrols with the Chaos Motorcycle Club . . .

For Hop, Lanie has always been untouchable. She's too polished and too classy for his taste. But when she gives Hop the once-over with her bedroom eyes and offers him a night in paradise, he can't say no. And he doesn't regret it when he finds that Lanie is the best thing that's ever happened to him-in or out of bed. Now the trick will be to convince her of that."

Our Review:
**I was lucky enough to get an ARC of Fire Inside in exchage for an honest review**

OH MY GAH!! Kristen Ashley has done it again with her second installment in the Chaos series! Fire inside is sexy steamy and most of all AMAZING! Hop and Lanie are hott and hilarious. Which, by the way, just happens to be my favorite combination.

Hopper Kincaid, aka: Hop, is cool and laid back, but more than happy to tell it like it is. In true Kristen Ashley fashion, he is one sexy-badass-biker-bossy-alpha male. I'm not going to lie, after the less than stellar first impression we got of Hop in Motorcycle Man, I was not exactly stoked when I heard he was getting his own book. Being paired with Lanie of all people too! Hop definitely came through and changed my opinion. He was gritty, honest, and real. I believed he was a tough macho biker. He didn't call Lanie "Miss Heron" once, which seems to be the only way to talk in romance novels these days. Don't get me wrong, he wasn't perfect. I definitely could have lived without him calling the bathroom "the can" all the time. However it does seem he makes up for that over, and over, AND OVER in the bedroom. I'm also not a fan of the biker 'stache, but I was willing to over look it because Lanie loved it so much.

After her emotional ordeal during Motorcycle Man, Lanie deserves the very best in her new love interest. She deserves a man who is sexy, sweet, and understanding. She deserves a man who is willing to pursue her with full knowledge and zero judgment of her past demons. She deserves someone who would  "shield" her from her very own "monsters" within. She deserves....Hop!

I have officially added Hopper to my top 10 Kristen Ashley hotties. He falls behind Hawk, Shy, Mitch, Chase, Hank, Mike, and Max, for those who are keeping track. :)

I can not say enough good things about Fire Inside. If I wasn't such a groupie for Shy, I might even say I liked it more than Own the Wind.

Just like most of Kristen Ashley books, a few of our favorites from past books show up inside the pages of Fire Inside. Including Tack, Tyra (aka: Ty-Ty) and of course...ELVIRA!! There is also a hilarious cameo from one of "The Hot Bunch" (Rock Chick).

For those Kristen Ashley and Chaos fans, Fire Inside is a must read.

For those who are unfamiliar with her books and this series, I would suggest starting with Mystery Man and working your way through the Dream Man series and into the Chaos series.
