Well winos, 2014 is officially in the history books. It's time to reflect on the past year and make resolutions for the year to come; to count our blessings and be thankful for all that we had. This is the perfect opportunity to set goals for our dreams and strive to make them a reality.
Oh, who am I kidding? It's time to say we are going to diet and exercise and then give up on day 3 and eat a bag of mint M&M's. Time to say we are going to cut back on our wine consumption and then when the kids make us crazy because they haven't been in school for damn near three weeks drink an entire bottle in one sitting. While hiding in the bathroom. Don't lie. You know you've done it. But your secrets are safe with us. We won't tell anyone that you put on Dora to occupy the kids so you could keep reading that book that sucked you in and wouldn't let go. We may even vouch that we saw you working on the ABC's with them
And speaking of books that sucked you in, 2014 was a year for GREAT reads. We've compiled our favorite books of the year (that we read-they may have been released in prior years) and want to share them with you. After you finish reading our picks, comment below with your fave's of the year and what your resolution(s) for 2015 is and you'll be entered for a New Year's Giveaway.

Fall's Whole Bottle of Pinot Picks:
An Amazing read with a twist you will never see coming.
Who would have thought the Devil would be one of the hottest book men of all time? Oh, and he has the foul mouth to go with all that sexy swagger!
A beautiful story about how love that is undeniable can make our soul sing.
Never thought I would find a politician sexy. Then I was introduced to Brady Maxwell. Hot Damn!
Ash's Whole Bottle of Riesling Reads:
Family drama was never so dangerous.
A touching story about a relationship strained because of time and false perceptions.
The second in the Moonbound series and a different take on the classic Vampires.
Lara Adrian really knows how to write sexy alpha Vamps and the obstacles they face.
One word: angst. I don't think I have ever read a book that nothing happens and I can't put it down.
Aly's Whole Jug of Chardonnay Choices:
Who doesn't love a sexy, tortured hero? Archer Hale is just that and So. Much. More.
Easily my favorite book of the year. It's everything I say I hate-cheating, angst, cliffy, but I've never loved being wrong more.
Only Pam Godwin could turn such a dark and twisted tale in to something romantic and sexy as fuck.
And of course, we can't mention our favorite books without mentioning our favorite author of all time: Aly Martinez! If you haven't read her Wrecked and Ruined Series then you are missing out. It's everything you could want or need in a series; Love, heartbreak, drama, angst and wit.
Cheers and Happy Reading in 2015.
